    The production line solutions we provide to customers are as follows: Loader, Flip machine,Dispenser,Translation,Mounter,Reflow Oven,Cooling Conveyor, Buffer, AOI, NG Buffer,Flip machine, and Unloader. Among them, the dispensing link uses H-Y01 model piezoelectric valve UPKTECH-D30 Dispenser, monorail single valve, four units are placed in the form of back to back, in order to match the dispensing rate, three Panasonic NPM-W2 placement machines are used in the placement link, which are 16 nozzles, 8 nozzles, and 3 nozzles, this scheme can achieve the matching of placement speed and dispensing speed, so as to meet the needs of customers.
