Peripheral Equipment

This equipment is used to adjust the height direction of circuit boards on the production line to different paths.

This machine is suitable for fully automatic PCB patch lines and plug-in lines. The top and bottom surfaces of the PCB board can be automatically flipped during plug-in patching operations on both front and back sides of the PCB. It can be used for the connection between two lines and PCB transmission when working on one side of PCB.

● Frame part: The frame is designed and manufactured using high-grade aluminum profiles sealed with galvanized sheets, which is strong and durable; the sheet metal is completed with electrostatic powder spraying and baking paint, which is beautiful and easy to clean;

● Conveying part: Touch screen display of conveying speed to facilitate production data recording; 5 mm thick high-hardness conveying aluminum material , stainless steel chain drive , conveying width can be adjusted manually and electrically , conveying mode can be controlled by touch screen, divided into online type and straight type;

● Detection part: The equipment has its own lighting and fluorescent lights, which can detect liquids with fluorescent agents such as UV glue;

● Full-line integration: The equipment adopts the SMT industry standard SMEMA interface, which can seamlessly integrate signals with other equipment.

● Frame part: The frame is made of galvanized sheet welding, and is completed by electrostatic powder spraying and baking paint. The overall sealing can reduce gas leakage, and the acrylic window is easy to observe. The whole machine is beautiful and easy to open.

● Conveying part: Conveying speed regulator display, convenient for production data recording; 5 mm thick high-hardness conveying aluminum, stainless steel chain drive, conveying width can be adjusted manually , conveying mode can be controlled by selector switch, divided into online type and straight type;

● Detection part: The equipment has its own lighting and fluorescent lights, which can detect objects with fluorescent agents.
