This UV curing equipment consists of several parts such as rack carrier, transmission system, UV curing, electrical box and control system. It is a device specially designed for UV curing of conformal paint and other coatings.
Infrared Curing Machine UD-IR3C
Transportation system: Chain transportation is adopted. The width between the chains can be adjusted between 50-450mm to meet the various connection methods of customers. The chain uses stainless steel extended pin chain, and the transportation speed is adjustable. The specially-made reinforced aluminum alloy guide rails can withstand high temperatures and cooperate with the support adjustment mechanism to ensure minimal deformation. The rails are prohibited from shaking and the phenomenon of plate falling is eliminated .
