1. Due to the multiple cuttings, the cutting process is very stable, which greatly improves the positioning ability of the V-CUT slot, even the circuit board with very shallow V-CUT slot, there will be no V-CUT slot out of the guide cutters, finnaly avoiding defective products comming.
2. Due to the small cutting force of the blade and the use of Germany imported high-speed steel material, the durability of the blade is greatly improved, and the service life can last more than one year when dividing the aluminum substrate.
3. The tip of the cutter will not runout for more than 0.02mm, to ensure with a perfect cutting quality.

FAQ
Q: The light strip cutting machine damaged the light strip during the cutting process.
A: Check whether the cutting tool of the cutter is correctly installed and adjusted; check whether the cutting speed of the cutter is too fast; check whether the cutting pressure of the cutter is appropriate.
Q: The light strip cutter cannot start normally.
A: Make sure the power connection is normal and check whether the power switch is turned on.
